Shipping & Returns Information

When placing  your  order please print and save the order  for your records. In our effort to contribute to a friendly environment we do not include a copy of your order when shipping. Please email or phone us to request a copy of your order. *We reserve the right to change your requested mode of shipping when we feel it is necessary. Sample situations which may apply are orders requiring split shipments or changing to USPS Priority Mail to utilize a Saturday in delivery time.

We Ship Worldwide!

  • Average shipping time is 5 - 15 working days [Monday - Friday].

    Products on re-order status or Special Order products may take longer. Priority UPS services and U.S.P.S. Priority Mail will ship same or next day whenever possible, but  will ship later if product[s] on your order are on re-order status. You will be notified if any item[s] ordered are not available. Items on backorder status may ship separately.

    • Note: When shipping via UPS Saturday and Sunday is NOT considered a working day. Hence, a 2nd Day Air order shipped on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.  

      • Products shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor to the customer may be shipped FedEx, Airborne, or any other carrier of their choice.  Your shipping charges will remain the same as those indicated on your order.

     

  • Domestic Shipping:

    • We ship FedEX or the U.S. Postal Service to USA domestic locations.

    • We ship USPS to APO and FPO locations but we can only track the order to military postal service receiving. MusicKids LLC is not responsible for delivery of the order to you and is not responsible for damage after delivery to military postal service! MusicKids will not honor damage claims shipped U.S.P.S. to military postal service. Acceptance by military postal indicates receipt of the product in satisfactory condition.

  • Global & International Shipping:

    • We prefer that orders to all global destinations do not ship USPS for purpose of order tracking.

    • If you choose to have an international order shipped via U.S. Postal Service, we are only responsible for delivery to that countries customs or postal service. We can only track the delivery of the order to the destination country's customs or postal service. MusicKids LLC is not responsible for delivery of the order to you and is not responsible for damage after delivery to the destination country's customs or postal service! MusicKids will not honor  damage claims shipped U.S.P.S. to foreign destinations! Acceptance by the destination country's customs or postal service indicates receipt of the product in satisfactory condition.

    • The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes, these are not included in shipping charges computed online.

    • Attention! European and Asian Customers, etc.:

      • Please place your order with us online or use our Mail/Fax Order Form. We may contact you to request payment by money order or wire transfer since many credit cards issued outside of the USA do not support address verification internationally.

 

Terms & Conditions of Sale & Return Policies

  • To request a merchandise return from MusicKids LLC please call us toll free at 1-407-446-6818.

  1. All credits will be issued to the original form of payment.

  2. We refund shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error.

  3. Do not return items to us without first calling to receive instructions. We will send a return label and instructions to you if necessary. We do not accept C.O.D.'s. We will not accept or credit returned merchandise without an authorized return label issued by MusicKids LLC. See return of non-defective merchandise below.]

  4. If merchandise was shipped directly to you from one of our distributors it will be their return policy and procedure that will apply.
  5. We cannot accept return or exchange of harmonicas, recorders, kazoos. and similar mouth blown products due to health laws unless damaged by the carrier.
  • Return of Damaged Merchandise:
    • Any shipments that have been damaged from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
  • Return due to a Manufacturing Defect:
    • If a product appears to have a manufacturing defect, call us within 10 days from delivery date to request a credit and return label.
  • Return of Non-Defective Merchandise:
    • Merchandise must be returned in original condition and packaging. Sealed packages included with product packaging must be returned unopened for full credit of purchase price.
    • The consumer must ship product back at their own expense. A return label will not be issued by MusicKids for non-defective merchandise.
    • Non-defective merchandise returned within 30 days from date of sale will be credited to the original form of payment less shipping cost and, if applicable, a re-stocking fee of 10%. *[ See Re-Stocking Fee below. ] All terms numbered 1 - 4 above apply.
    • Non-defective merchandise returned after 30 days from date of sale will be credited to the original form of payment and will incur a re-stocking fee of 20%. *[ See Re-Stocking Fee below. ] *All terms numbered 1 - 4 above apply.
    • *Restocking fee: Merchandise must be returned in original condition and packaging. The opening of sealed packages included within product packaging will negate any credit issued. [ These items cannot be resold as new product, and MusicKids LLC does not market or sell used product. ]

 

 

  • After a return is authorized by our return department:

  1. We will send a return label and instructions to you. Re-pack the box with packing material and seal with postal approved shipping tape. Remove or cover original shipping label and stick the return label on the box. *[ If merchandise was shipped directly to you from one of our distributors it will be their return policy and procedure that will apply. ]

  2. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

  3. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Expect your refund to be issued within 14 to 21 business days after we receive your return.
